Terms & Conditions - the basics
1. Enrollment Requirements

A completed and signed registration form.

Up-to-date immunization and health records.

Signed acknowledgment of these Terms and Conditions.

Payment of the registration fee and first month’s tuition (if applicable).
2. Operating Hours
-
Monday to Friday, from 6 AM to 6 PM.

We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Late pickup fees apply after 6 PM.
3. Fees and Payment

Tuition is due on Monday of each week.

A late payment fee of 30$ will be charged for payments received after Monday.

Payments can be made via cash, card, or third-party payment apps such as Cash App.
4. Late Pickup Policy
-
A late fee of $5 per 5 minutes will be charged for pickups after 6 PM.

Repeated late pickups may result in termination of enrollment.
5. Health and Safety

Children who are ill (fever, vomiting, contagious conditions) must stay home.

Children must be symptom-free for 24 hours before returning.

In case of illness during the day, parents will be contacted for immediate pickup.

Emergency medical treatment will be sought if necessary, and parents will be notified immediately.
6. Behavioral Expectations

We use positive reinforcement and age-appropriate behavior management.

Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in temporary suspension or permanent dismissal.
7. Termination and Withdrawal

Parents must give at least 2 weeks written notice for voluntary withdrawal.

We reserve the right to terminate care due to non-payment, behavioral issues, or repeated violations of these Terms.
8. Authorized Pickup

Children will only be released to individuals listed on the authorized pickup form.

Photo ID may be required.

Changes to pickup authorizations must be submitted in writing.
9. Personal Belongings

Please label all personal items clearly.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
10. Photographs and Media

We may take photographs or videos for educational or promotional purposes.

Parents must opt out in writing if they do not wish for their child to be photographed.
11. Communication

We maintain open communication via email and phone.

Parents should notify us of any changes to contact or emergency information.
12. Liability Waiver

While we take every precaution, the daycare is not liable for minor injuries resulting from typical play and activity.
13. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice.

Continued enrollment implies acceptance of any updated terms.
